Keeping in mind that not one new structure existed onsite, we became totally educated regarding the particulars that every prospective buyer of any type of home would need to know through the warm, friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking office staff representing this project.

Both the owner/developer and the management staff were readily available which allowed us to proceed with the selection of upgrades and options that met our needs.

I wanted to thank you for all your assistance over the past month in helping my mother and I develop our dream home.  We set off on a journey over a year ago to find the perfect home for my mother.  After visiting more than twenty communities, it was evident that Sauta Farm was different.  The quality of the craftsmanship and the care that your team of architects and builders has poured into the project is unmatched.

In fact, we signed on just 20 minutes into our first meeting – we knew this was the place.  I think what continues to astound us is that wonderful feeling of finding the perfect home only continues to grow with each passing meeting since.  The design selection meetings have been fantastic and we are really enjoying the process of picking from such a wide selection of quality items.  Additionally, the vendors you have teamed up with, from the appliance to the tile, are second to none.  No detail has been overlooked.

I want to thank you both for making what can always be a difficult experience in making a big move so blissfully simple.  While we anticipated some natural trepidation in the upcoming move, we look to it with such excitement and optimism.  In large part, this is because of your commitment to exceeding our expectations every day.

Buying a residence in Sconset Village was not in our “great scheme for a future as empty nesters”.

Maribeth was our first contact person at Sconset and it was evident that she appreciated the fact that this was an emotional experience for us.  She helped us greatly in overcoming our hesitance in making this change in our “great scheme”.  We have had a very pleasant relationship with everyone associated with this quality project.  The models go beyond the requirements for an active adult community in that each is attractive, beautifully designed and provides a comfortable new home.
